Garden Restaurant in the prestigious gastronomic guide “Gault & Millau”– Serbia 2022
“Gault & Millau” is a competent gourmet guide that is constantly expanding its influence, so since 1962, when it was created in France, it has become an unavoidable guide to the best tastes in 25 countries. As of this year, it also exists in our country, thanks to the Tourist Organization of Serbia, with the aim of highlighting not only top restaurants but also the best employees in the hospitality industry.
It is a privilege to be in the selection of the best restaurants in Serbia, according to eminent connoisseurs of the world gastronomic scene. We will continue to push the boundaries of good taste, bringing a new spirit to the recognizable mountain environment, said Dušan Mihailović, Chef of the Garden Restaurant on Kopaonik.
The edition in Serbian and English was solemnly presented at the most important gastronomic event on May 31 at the CROWNE PLAZA Hotel in Belgrade, and on that occasion awards were given to the best caterers.
The ceremonial promotion was attended by the director of “Gault & Millau” for Slovenia and Serbia Mira Šemić, the director of the Tourist Organization of Serbia Marija Labović and the Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Tatjana Matić.
